Our puppies are raised with exceptional care to ensure their health and well-being:
Early Weeks: The first few weeks are vital for newborn Mini Chow Chows, Regular-Size Chow Chows, and Merle Chow Chows. We closely monitor the mother to ensure she is feeding and nurturing her puppies. A heat warmer is used to maintain their comfort, and they are checked every few hours, supported by camera observation. As the puppies grow, they are gradually introduced to children and other dogs to encourage socialization.
Health and Vaccinations: All puppies undergo deworming and receive necessary vaccinations before being placed in their forever homes.
Preparation Before Delivery: About a week and a half before delivery, the mother is settled into her whelping box to create her nesting area. She receives special attention, including calming music and white noise to help her relax. Her diet includes two nutritious meals daily, supplemented with milk, yogurt, and high-quality puppy food.
Whelping and Post-Delivery Care: During and after delivery, the mother and her puppies are kept warm and comfortable under a heat lamp. In the first week, the mother remains devoted to her puppies, rarely leaving the whelping box. By weeks 2-3, she is gently introduced to brief outdoor exercise and socialization sessions.
